memo samples

Items from our retail memo sample shop will ship via USPS, no signature required, to Continental US addresses. All memo samples will ship within a week of ordering, unless we run out of an item - if that is the case we will be in touch. If you need memo samples ASAP reach out via email, and we can arrange expedited shipping for a fee.

I ordered fabric & /or wallpaper - when can I expect my shipment?

We have included turn around estimates for our made-to-order textiles & wallpaper - generally speaking it usually takes 2 weeks plus transit time to get our fabrics and 4-6 weeks plus transit time for wallpaper. Rush orders are available for a fee of $325 per SKU. All textile and fabric yardage invoices will include a shipping estimate, and we can determine shipping speed & associated costs on a case by case basis. Once you place an order you will be provided with an estimated ship date, and once your item is on its way we will forward UPS tracking information.

Do you ship beyond the continental US?

We can handle orders outside our normal shipping area on a case by case basis. Reach out via email to jude@livedindesign.com and we can discuss.

All memo samples are final sale.

fabric & wallpaper

Please take note that all of our fabrics and wallpapers are printed to order especially for you, therefore they are not eligible for return. Our printers are meticulously detail oriented and all orders are inspected before shipping. All goods must be inspected upon delivery for color, yardage and any other irregularities before cutting, treating, or installing. All claims must be made within 5 business days, and must be approved prior to return shipping, contact jude@livedindesign.com with any concerns or questions.

cancellations

Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Any cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order, or otherwise can not be accommodated.
